The first thing I need to get started is a mantra. You know, a checklist to make sure I stay on track with my goals every day.
Every day I need to check this list to see if I am making some progress.
1. I did not raise my voice today.
2. I did not critisize anyone today.
3. I was not passive aggressive today.
4. I did not cry today.
I am sure there are other things I will eventually add to the list but that is all I can think of right now.
I plan to post every evening about my day andmy progress to keep track of my success.
